Match Day Tomorrow?
Dial in short, sharp work. Keep intensity high, but drop volume. Focus on speed, power, and quality over grinding fatigue so you’re fresh for the big day.

Athletes (footy/netball/running/comp prep):

  • Go full intensity in main sets or drills (unless match day tomorrow, see above)

  • Hit target game/race pace in conditioning work

  • Maintain focus on good form under fatigue

Everyday warriors (gym/general fitness):

  • Stick to your full program as planned

  • Aim for progressive overload where it makes sense

  • Keep technique sharp while pushing the pace

Don’t forget recovery:

  • Post-session cooldown or light mobility

  • Refuel properly

  • Sleep well to protect tomorrow’s Green
