Individualised exercise programs designed to improve strength, mobility, and metabolic health. Programs are structured, progressive, and adjusted based on capacity and response.
Education is central. The goal is long-term change — not short-term fixes.
Objective testing is used where appropriate to track measurable progress and guide progression.
