Recovery & Compression Therapy

Structured recovery sessions available at Nomadic EP to support circulation, reduce soreness, and manage training load.

We use advanced compression therapy to assist recovery between training sessions, competition, and rehabilitation phases.

Recovery Windows

Recovery sessions are available during designated weekly windows:

• Tuesday – 9:15am until 4:30pm
• Thursday – 9:15am until 7:00pm

All sessions must be booked online in advance.

If you require a time outside designated recovery windows, please contact us directly to discuss availability.

Recovery & compression therapy may assist with:

• Post-training muscle soreness
• Lower-limb fatigue and heaviness
• Swelling and fluid management
• Recovery between high-load sessions
• Circulation support

Suitable for athletes, gym members, and individuals managing training load or lower-limb fatigue.

Casual Sessions

Recovery Membership - $10 a week

Includes:

• 1 x 30-minute recovery session per week
• Access during designated recovery windows
• Discounted additional sessions
• Cancel anytime
