Whether you're managing a chronic condition, returning from injury, or simply want to maintain your physical capacity, these sessions are built around safe progression and professional oversight.
Who This Is For
This program is designed for adults over 50 who:
• Want to maintain or improve strength and mobility
• Are managing conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, arthritis, or cardiovascular disease
• Have completed a Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan
• Want structured, supervised training in a gym setting
• Prefer professional guidance rather than generic group fitness
How IT Works
Before joining group sessions, every participant completes an individual assessment.
This allows us to understand your:

• Mobility
• Cardiovascular fitness
• Medical considerations
From there, your exercises are tailored to your current capacity.

Session Times
Healthy Aging Strength Groups currently run:
• Monday – 11:30-12:30
• Friday – 10:00-11:00am
All participants complete an initial assessment before joining a group.
Spots are limited to maintain supervision and program quality.
